my only quibble is about returning stuff. in agreement re non-perishable stuff. but when it’s cheese that’s off or hummus that didn’t meet previous standards, an empty container or label should suffice.

I think the article refers to people who return the same empty item every week.

Good read . On the other hand I haven’t shopped at TJ’s for a while . I liked some of their products . Maybe it’s the long lines with the chatty bagger , or the extremly busy tiny parking lot . Door dings .
