If you would need to recommend the one (or 3) place to go in Edison for Indian, as a potential “last meal”, what would be the restaurants of choice?

We ended up randomly going to ruby ke kitchen (still here right now)l as I write this)
It was all good. Some different stuff than normal.
About half full. Good flavors but nothing extremely spicy.
