They acquired the brand in 2008. They’d previously discontinued a couple of varieties. I was looking for the vegetable soup. Gone everywhere, and the brand isn’t listed anymore on Campbell’s corporate site. Will Rao’s be next?

From what I heard, Rao’s soups weren’t ‘all that’ to begin with — at least compared to their tomato sauce products.
Pepperidge Farm soups - my favorite for years - were acquired by Campbell’s and extinguished.
The only Rao’s soup I’ve ever tried is the Wedding Soup. But Campbell’s has acquired the whole Rao’s line, not just the soups.

Campbell’s has owned the Pepperidge Farms brand since 1961. I used to have a client who worked for Pepperidge Farms and I handled her business travel.
