Still waiting to try one (supply is still very limited and they’re selling out within minutes of being put on the shelf). I was not living in New Orleans during their earlier, pre-fire heyday, so I have no nostalgic longing for them, but I’ll go ahead and try one. I’m setting a pretty low bar—it’s a mass-produced hand pie. I’ll be happy if it doesn’t taste like chemicals!
