:snowflake::snowflake:Yesterday the low was 10° F @ 7am. Today it was 5°. The wind made it colder than a necromancer’s mamalia and the windchill was reported at -15°. It was painful. Driving through whiteout conditions was not fun these past two days and I gotta do it again tomorrow.:snowflake::snowflake:

Lady is a girl dog!

I can’t remember the last time I ordered a Subway sandwich sub. I definitely had an assorted Subway sub in 2003, and they were a pretty big deal with they used to cut them with a v, rather than horizontally at the Huntsville, Ontario location in 1992, when I was a teenager. I disliked most cold cuts in my teens and 20s. My Subway order in the 1990s and early 2000s was 6 inch turkey sub with mayo, tomatoes, pickles, olives and hot peppers.

That Subway on the sign in my photo, is located in Lambeth, Ontario.

I would be getting my sandwiches in Lambeth at the Village Pantry!

That’s the view at our place. We’ve had about 6" over 2 days. Thankfully no wind right now. It’s 19°F, overcast and chill-to-the-bone. New “weather maker” arrives tomorrow.

Looking at this I know I’m in for a job tomorrow. Probably going to have to shovel in front of the snowblower on the first pass . Over 300 ft .
Workout Friday. Lol .

These relatively innocuous looking evening snow pics belie the morning reality of six inches of snowfall, that was in the process of switching over to freezing rain and then rain.

I am ready to be done with winter now.

20cm of snow last night, and another 30+ on the way. We’ve been asked to stay off the roads unless it’s an emergency. Fortunately I don’t have to do any shoveling.

Starting to warm up to 37 . A couple days ago it was 8 . The small cabin on the front of the property is empty. Im in the process of remodeling it after being destroyed from previous renter .
The copper pipes busted in three places from the cold .
Ive decided to run all pex water lines . Oh well , its just more work . They do better in freezing temperatures

And I just found out that we’re supposed to get another two feet of the stuff. Oh well, at least the ski resorts are doing well.
