How four restaurant critics try to stay healthy

This was a fun read - thanks!

Not one male food critic?
Not very inclusive.
LOL!
Seriously, though, i would be curious to hear a mans take on it, as well. Especially since the subject of the story critic was a guy.

I thought that was odd, too. And then I thought, if it were four men, no one would even mention it, because men = default. So! Yes. Four women.

I seem to recall the NYT one described a man’s take on it

This one.

It says “We talked about the alarming frequency with which men in our line of work seem to die suddenly, before retirement age” and then “The women I looked up to lasted longer”

Yes, @ZivBnd noted that

Full disclosure. I added that point 3 or 4 minutes after I posted my comment. So shrinkrap may have read my response before it got amended.
But I did not mean to hijack Harter’s post.
The article is an interesting series of takes on a problem that I can only wish I had. LOL! Being paid to eat out 10 or more times a week? Yeah, I can see how it could lead to premature death. I am fighting to get back to my pre-Covid weight and failing, and I am eating fairly healthy most of the time. Unfortunately, “most” is not sufficient.

Jay Rayner regularly mentions his battle with weight gain.
