Garlic and avocado ice cream? Bacalao ice cream? not from California, but Puerto Rico.

I guess not all of them opened “Comidas e Criollas” Cuban Chinese places like those I grew up on in NYC in the 60’s thru 80’s. Avocado salad, followed by noodle soup with raw egg, then pieces of fried chicken on the bone w/sides of sweet plantains & fried rice. I miss those.
