Yes, I did a tater tot casserole this past week. I had served tater tots as a side dish, now and then; but never really kept them in stock. Last week I stumbled across a tater tot casserole on youtube, so I gave it a try. It was good!! I do think (next time) I’ll back down on the cheese a bit and add more vegetables. All in all, not a bad first try.

Quite interesting! I’ve never cared for them. I don’t particularly like French fries, either, unless they start as a fresh, whole potato in the kitchen, cut into thin batons with the skin attached and cooked twice.
