The 19th annual HONK! Festival will take place in Somerville this weekend, in and around Davis Square, epicenter of so many fabulous things to eat. If you have never been, it’s an unforgettable experience. And you can get good eats as well.

We’re actually home in Arlington this weekend for a change. We’re definitely going—Spring Onion is excited!

Best laid plans…yada yada. My work stuff, Spring Onion’s plans, Ohio State football yesterday, just overall lazy weekend vibes (although we did cycle 12-miles round trip to Lexington yesterday) prevented us from going to Honk. As avid cyclists—Honk celebrates cyclists and pedestrians—we were all set to cycle down and honor the folks who have died in cycling accidents in Cambridge this past year. But it was not to be today. Thanks @GretchenS for the reminder. There’s always next year.
