HONG KONG PART 2 - Day 9..............PANO - A meal with a view!!

My last meal in Hong Kong, before flying home, was one of the most unexpected and enjoyable meals of my entire trip. Located at the water edge of the new West Kowloon Cultural Center Complex. PANO, a Pan- Asian/Continental fusion restaurant, commands a prime spot with an unobstructed, billion dollar panoramic harbour view. The menu offers eclectic and diverse prix-fixe tasting at a surprisingly affordable price point. Featuring an array of delectable and interesting options, the task of choosing and composing the various meal components was a most challenging one!

Our party of four decided to treat all of our choices as communal dishes/properties and shared them amongst ourselves.

For a non-Michelin rated restaurant, the choice, creativity and quality of the food came as a total welcoming surprise. ( The char-grilled Wagyu beef, perfectly cooked, tender and incredibly delicious ).
