Joshua Hunter’s menu at the Holland & Holland shooting ground (just off the M40 or M25 between Rickmansworth and Ruislip) is something I have followed for a good few years, yet never actually got round to experiencing.
I was at the H&H site for a training course recently which also included food provided by their kitchen, albeit not from the actual menu.
Best bacon sarnies ever!! and… they were literally just a couple of rashers of bacon in ciabbatta style buns, but the flavours!!
The lasagne was very good also, and probably the best chocolate brownies ever too.
Still not tried the real menu…
