[Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam] Bún Bò Huế at Đường Đề Thám

If you like street food, you shouldn’t miss the street Đường Đề Thám and the few streets next to it in district 1.

We were off the lunch time when we arrived, not many people eating on the street .

Rice vermicelli served with beef shank, pig’s knuckles, congealed pig blood that had a tofu texture, pate, lemon grass, banana flowers, herbs, sprouts. Broth was good. Our version wasn’t very hot, I saw other local adding a lot of chili sauce in their bowl.

Broth cooking with a charcoal stove on the street.

I never have seen such a non stop downpour in my life. We stayed for at least 1 hour after our meal.

The stall was on Đường Đề Thám, quite close to Cô Bắc.
