What’s a wine region that should get more credit for great wines?
We just got mentioned.
I’m a beer and cider guy, however, so I can’t recommend any favorites.

Perhaps more than a few…we tried a wine from Virginia over the weekend, a Petite Manseng, that was a revelation. Virgina was never on my radar screen.

I’m sure that wines from Washington State are probably better known in The US. But in the UK , most people associate US wines with California in general and Napa in particular. I had a Riesling from Washington the other week. One of the most interesting and delicious white’s I’ve had for a while .
