Greetings from my new life in Mexico City. My friend Daniel lives in Vallejo and has an urge for good bread pudding, the sort with whiskey sauce. I suggested the Hotel Mac in Pt. Richmond, but he says his reservations were not honored there in favor of another group’s being seated and he’s not going back. He mentioned the Buena Vista in SF but that’s quite a drive. I did a site search on the dish and found nothing that wasn’t in SF already. Any thoughts?
