Chi-chi’s was the Mexican food of my childhood! I don’t think I got the seafood enchiladas there, but I always got the seafood nachos to share as a kid, and still occasionally try to recreate them when I’m feeling nostalgic. Gotta be with krab though. No other way :slight_smile:
