Today, November 24, 2024, some of the patios that were still open 2 weeks ago have now packed up their patio furniture for the winter.
Ladybug Tavern on College Street no longer has patio furniture available outside.
Brass Taps on College St still has tables available on the sidewalk. I would think the partially covered back patio may be open. I would call to confirm before visiting.
Saving Gigi on Bloor W in Bloorcourt still has its patio open.
Saving Gigi’s mushroom and egg breakfast sandwich on a cheese biscuit. $9.32.

The one Hazelton seems to be planning to keep the patio open for most of the winter. They have closed down the one on Yorkville Street but Hazelton Street has been made more winter proof with extra heaters and enclosure.

Have you eaten at One recently?
I had breakfast at One indoors once around 2017, and a glass of Shiraz at its bar in 2007 soon after it had opened. Those were my only visits.
I liked the breakfast food better at Café Boulud when I was going to hotels for upscale breakfasts, before 2020.
I probably ate breakfast or brunch at Café Boulud 10 times before March 2020.
In the last 2 years, the only hotel establishments I’ve visited (indoors, not on their patios) are the lobby inside the Shangri La , the coffee shop/ wine bar inside Ritz Carlton, and the Writers’ Room rooftop bar at the Park Plaza.

Bicyclette on Harbord, too cold to eat outside, but chairs are there for a quick coffee or tea
There’s also a bench outside Sam James Coffee Bar on Harbord
You can probably include Electric Piggy BBQ which @THECHARLES posted a few days ago (see his pics). They tried to block the openings with plastic-like panels but there’s still a draft and they put space heaters where the picnic tables are.

Found Coffee at 189 Shaw has a few tables in front and one table on the side patio during the winter.
Banana nut muffin was very good. $4. 12 ounce
My 12 ounce Cappuccino was also good. $6.30
Also, a take-out window on the patio, popular with people who are walking dogs.
Found also serves oatmeal, avocado toast, pears on toast, and smoked salmon toast.
