Theres been talk at the dog park about a new place Heart Of Europe. Its on Rte 18 in East Brunswick in the shopping center behind the Burger King across from the Acura dealer. Jul & i stopped in for lunch today. Sorr - no pics but we’ll be back & ill get pics at a later date… they call it a polish deli but they have a substantial hot food buffet. There is also a large case of their own smoked & cured meats which looked delicious. They have a $12 or $13 lunch special which includes 1 main 1 side and a salad. There are a lot of choices in each category & they all looked good. Jul had sea bass and potato dumplings & i had keilbasa & sauerkraut also with dumplings. Pierogies are not one of the available sides - they are sold separately. So we also got an order of pierogies & an order of blintzes. The whole works was $38:plus tip - a deal i thought anb better than 5Guys… they have pretty much every Pol8sh dish you can jame on the buffet.
Everything was excellent. Except the blintzes which we took home ,& havent tried yet. The portions were substantial & everything was very tasty. The only down side - no indoor tables. They have a couple outdoor tables but not for me today thanks. Service was very good also.
Like i said delicious & a good value for your dining dollar. We will definitely be back.
