Going to the Nourse Theater tonight to see Shatner. Are there any good bars that have at least a small bar menu?
hope it’s not too late–Two Sisters has great cocktails and you’re pretty safe ordering from the “snack” section of the menu, although the main dishes can take a little longer and have been less impressive to me
have been to the Nourse and stopped at Absinthe for cocktails afterwards too–always nice
Thank you. Everything was totally packed. I never hang out in Hayes Valley on weekend evenings. But we ended up at Biergarten for a bite to eat. Husband had a sausage and a beet salad, I had mushroom sliders. It was cold that night, which is why it was the only establishment with empty seats. They were handing out big blankets, which was nice. Then we had a cocktail at Absinthe before the show. Though also totally packed, the service there is really great.
