'tis the season, today is the day! Got any to share?
Not my decorations, but saw this on the news last night. There is a guy in a town near Boston who does a big installation every halloween. This year it is a giant hermit crab. The link has some pics to prior year’s decorations too. They are pretty amazing.

My older sister sent me this today. The doll used to be mine. She somehow ended up with it and had it restored, she has several holiday appropriate outfits for her.

Not a decoration but I volunteered at a trick or trunk event at an elementary school.

We have a lot of these in the Rogue Valley.

They are fairly common I’m told now. My niece and nephew do this where they are.
There is a whole genre of decorations for them now too.
