Grocery Cafe (Oakland) trying to expand their Burmese menu and outdoor area

Grocery Café, the Burmese restaurant from William Lue that has received accolades with this group and EBX (yum!), has plans to expand their outdoor cooking area and seating area. According to this ongoing loan drive, the plan is to build an outdoor BBQ and rotisserie cooking area, and a dining space with a garden setting. The menu will expand to include Burmese BBQ. Farmers will also be invited to share the space once a week to sell produce and use the kitchen for prep work.
