New School Year, New Greater Toronto Breakfast and Brunch thread!
Following the tip from @theleverage, I checked out Daisy May’s this morning. Daisy May’s is located in the old Grapefruit Moon space at 968 Bathurst in The Annex.
As noted by @thelverage, and also a nice couple brunching near me on the patio, the Benny is served on Banoi sourdough. Tots or frites are offered as optional sides , for a small cost. As someone watching her weight, I prefer this approach to brunch potatoes!

Here is my Benny. $16.

Looks fantastic! I’m so glad you enjoyed!
Love the patio and menu.
I guess I’m 3 years late. I’m heading to Sadelle’s in a couple weeks. Has anyone in Toronto been? The Toronto Sadelle’s has a more limited menu than some other Sadelle’s locations in the States.

I usually don’t link to BlogTO articles out of principle.
I like running through lists to see how many restaurants I have tried.
I tried 27 of the 50 restaurants and coffee shops that are mentioned above.
…
Out of the 27 I have tried, I would not bother with L’Avenue, Old School, Sisters + Co or School.
That said, I understand Old School on Dundas W had All You Can Eat Blueberry Pancakes on weekdays for a while in March, then all you can eat waffles for a while. The all you can eat waffles offer ended at the end of March.
It looks Old School changes their deals frequently. They post the AYCE specials on IG when they offer them.
This is the Easter weekend special, A $59.95 Brunch Tower for 2 to 4 people.
