Have not had a good classic Kung Pao Chicken in a while, so we ordered it at Ku Asian Bistro last night along with a platter of Jumbo Shrimp with Long Bean. Both loaded with flavor! We do miss the former Oriental Palace, but the kitchen at Ku, its replacement, has been coming along nicely…
