The deceit regarding meat being halal is disturbing enough. The cross-contamination and lack of cleanliness just adds injury to insult. He may find prison food more palatable than what he was selling.

In some penitentiaries in the US, they serve something called Nutrloaf, at .15c to .40c per serving. I believe it was once served in Canada but they stopped. Many deem it inhumane.
