I guess there is nothing that someone can’t monetize for private gain.

Someone bought the cookies, so GSA got their cut to begin with. Personally, I’m not one of those type of opportunists, but there is still the old adage of buy low and sell high. If someone is that desperate or stupid to pay $30 for for a $5 box of cookies…What can I say.
