Chef Joe Giordano is now putting his talents to work at Gabriele’s Italian Steakhouse in Greenwich, CT. Giordano and partners recently sold Trattoria 160 in Pleasantville. Gabriele’s is high end and serves a killer Lobster Burrata, that I recall. Giordano should be at home here since he had spent years in the kitchen at Valbella in Old Greenwich, another popular high end establishment.
