Wow. Very bad press for Rosalita’s, even though it is not their fault. Their sister restaurant a few doors down (Nonna’s) is one of my favorites.
How do they know the person was infected? He was stupid enough to walk into a restaurant while showing signs of infection?
With any highly contagious disease your Dr. or health professional will do an interview to try and determine when you contracted it. Once that is established they will ask if you have traveled anywhere or been out in many public places, that is most likely how this was established. Even before showing signs a person can be infected and / or contagious before they realize they have contracted a disease or in this case measles.
