Frozen seafood sold online in [Ontario]

I am happy with my shipment from Cold Water Harvest, especially the snow crab and whole frozen cooked lobster.

I am also happy with the halibut, sockeye, smoked salmon, tuna, and spot prawns sold by St Jean’s, based in Nanaimo.

I have not ordered from Organic Ocean yet.

I use Daily Seafood. You might see their trucks in the higher-end sushi places as they bring in fish from Japan. They’re located in the east end so you can also pick up if you’re not going to be home for delivery.

Thanks, I will check it out.

I am giving Larry’s Catch a try this year .

I used a haddock filet from Larry’s Catch last night
Very good quality.

Larry’s Catch even mentions which fisherman across Canada are supplying their seafood.

I am going to buy more fish from them. I am very happy with what we received, and what I have cooked
so far. the shipment is packed with dry ice, and was frozen solid, unlike some items I ordered from Goldbelly last winter.

Not exactly "sea"food but I have ordered fish from Springhills Fish multiple times. They’re a local (Grey County) fish farm raising rainbow trout and other salmonids. They also partner with other local (Canadian) fisheries for things like pickerel and seafood - I’ve ordered their scallops before and they were good!

Their delivery is really great, even in my condo which sometimes gets really weird for delivery, since they drive their own trucks. I think they are also stocked in Metro now? Or if you’re in the area and can bring frozen fish home, I’ve purchased from the on-site store before as well. It’s a bit of a service deadzone so I recommend cash for that (I made that mistake this year lol but they were very nice and said I could etransfer when I got back into range) . You can also do a little self-guided tour, but I’ve never done it since I’m usually there in the summer and my dog is in the car (dogs aren’t allowed out of the car since they have their own working dogs).
