Year before last, Costco SSF had fresh Butterball turkeys at a great price. I wanted to think about it; next visit they were kaput. Dumb me.
Last year I tried hard to get one but they didn’t get any. I just read in the Costco magazine that they were getting them. I called a few Costcos, downtown said they were only getting Foster Farms. Finally, a different Costco meat department picked up, said they were getting them Friday November 15.
I love Butterballs, not gamy, low & slow method of baking.
