Pretty good! The outside of the burger had a crust similar to an overcooked meat burger, and the insides held together but were crumbly, so it’s an advance over things like the Plant burger. I remember reading that one of the two new vegan burgers was wheat based, and the taste of gluten in the center tipped me off that it’s the impossible burger.
A mini burger isn’t a good size to gauge juiciness, but it had a juicier, less rubbery texture than your typical veggie burger. If you substituted this into an overdressed Barney burger, I doubt anyone would notice.
