Lists, where would the informed diner be without lists? At least it’s not a Listicle which Eater Houston used to do ad nauseum.

BTW, re: the linked article about Houston’s dining scene from a couple of years ago - I see where Anita Jaisinghani is opening a branch of Pondicheri in NYC.

Oxheart is not the format or content that I’m interested in much. But I’ve been to Herbsaint in NOLA and it was heavenly! (pun intended)
