Four Seasons (Thai), Piscataway

I made it back to Four Seasons for the first time since 1998/9. What a trip!

Went with a few people and we decided to only order things we’ve never had before since their menu is so expansive.

We all loved the noodle dish in the middle, 10. Rad Na Kee Moa13.95

Pan fried thick rice noodles with your choice of a minced meat, topped with a basil gravy sauce

Also pictured on the right is a super interesting dish, 1. Pad Ped Prig Tai Ond14.95

This dish had like, whole strings of green peppercorns in it! Really interesting flavor. Can’t wait to go back and try some other dishes.

The one dish I wasn’t crazy about was the BBQ beef on bottom left, the beef came out too dry and it was one of those round cuts, so not very exciting. The flavors were nice but the beef was no bueno.

Also got the fried calamari app, it was pretty disappointing for me, just panko fried pieces of squid served with sweet chili sauce. Our vegetarian guest got veg spring rolls and said it was the best she’s had. I agree it was very good!
