Not a glitch, all the Discourse fora I’m on have limits. Not sure why, though.
They are configurable by someone with admin privileges, though (most I’ve seen was 20 per day).
If you’ve got a batch you’d like memory holed (for example, maybe you feel like you provided too much info in several), you could ID them ina PM to a Mod or admin and ask for deletion.
