i really thought your choice of how you cooked the seaweed was intresting i will definitely have to try this today!!
I am sorry, I cannot countenance that article. They use Japanese terms for specific alga that do not occur here in California. They do not include any Latin names of the algae they are collecting. I can throw Latin around for the Japanese species,and some of the Californians, but it would seem pedantic. I just don’t like a pop article essentially sending the uneducated out to harvest a wild plant with too little information to do it properly.
