I realize this might be a stretch since there are not many postings about restaurants in Provence, let alone where we are going, but I thought I would ask. We will be in the Var region of Provence, more specifically outside of Fayence, for a month starting the first week of September. If anybody has any suggestions for restaurants within say a half hour of Fayence (Nice is an hour away) it would be most appreciated.
