Lunch. Haddock, chips, peas, slice of bread, drink.
Well cooked fish – big flakes of fish, crisp batter, not a sign of oil oozing out of it. Generous portion of chips, perfectly fried. Mushy peas – a bit underflavoured and a bit overly mushy. Bread, heavily buttered so it melted when turned into a chip butty - just the thing for a cold northern winter (and not bad in June, with temps in the mid 20s.)
Worth going if in the immediate area but not worth going out of your way for (there are better on Fylde within a few miles).
