fish baked in a salt crust-brick

Hi there,
Anyone know of anywhere to get fish (sea bass, etc) baked in a salt crust? I’ve had it in Portugal and Spain, and it was delish, and I tried making it twice at home to mixed success… would like to eat it out.
Any ideas?
As far as Newark, but close to Monmouth county would be closest.

second question: best recommendation for portuguese?
