Feedback on brief trip to the Luberon/Uzes

We are doing a brief, 4 day trip to the Luberon, Mausanne-les-Alpilles, and Uzes. We hope to use these 4 days to get a feel for the villages we would want to base ourselves in for a more extended stay next summer.

Would love feedback on our food choices for this trip.

Wednesday, April 3:
Arrive at TGV Avignon around 10:15 am. Pick up rental car.
Lunch at La Maison de Celou
Dinner in St. Remy (where? We have looked at Le Bistrot Decouverte or Bistrot Les Pieds dans L’Eau?)
Overnight in Mausanne-les-Alpilles

Thursday, April 4:
Breakfast at Mausanne-les-Alpilles market OR at L’Ile Sur La Sorgue market

Lunch at Restaurant David at top of Roussillon

Dinner at La Petite Maison de Cucuron

Overnight in Lourmarin

Friday, April 5:
Breakfast at Lourmarin Market

Lunch at Clos St. Roch in Mausanne-les-Alpilles enroute to Uzes

My info is way too dated to be helpful but I spent a week based in Lourmarin with friends many years ago and that part of the world is fabulous. We ate breakfast at the village cafe every day, lunch out somewhere nice, and dinner on our rooftop terrace, gleaned from whatever market, charcuterier and bakery we’d stopped by that day. Have a wonderful trip!

Not that you asked, but I’d check out Vaison la Romaine (other side of Avignon from Uzes & a little north) for your extended base next summer.
