Favorite New Recipes 2024

Finally contributing to one of my favorite threads each year!
https://pinchofyum.com/chicken-wontons-in-spicy-chili-sauce - I have come to really enjoy this site for reliable recipes that get solid, repeatable dinners on the table relatively quickly.

https://pinchofyum.com/saucy-gochujang-noodles-with-chicken - see above. We’ve made this one even more frequently. I use the Impossible spicy sausage.

https://www.seriouseats.com/eleven-madison-park-granola-salty-recipe - I finally made this after seeing many people rave about it over the years, and haven’t been able to stop. I have made it countless times this year.

https://www.kingarthurbaking.com/recipes/blueberry-breakfast-cake-recipe - After a trip to Lake Garda in the Spring where they served a cheesecake type cake at breakfast, I started making this to approximate those blissful vacation mornings!

https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1023882-maash-ki-daal - this has become my standby when I need a comforting bowl of daal

Not the most exciting cooking year, but not a bad one by any stretch. I look forward to trying many new recipes this year and being inspired by all of you! Happy New Year!

You’ve enticed me to check out pinchofyum.

Nice list!

Have you tried the buckwheat granola that did the rounds on Chowhound? I’m not a big granola person but I enjoyed it. (This one from Bowls of Plenty.)

I hope you find some things you like! Report back if you make anything!
We also enjoy the Southwest sweet potato hotdish, the vegetarian shepherd’s pie, tofu and brown rice lettuce wraps (add avocado/no spicy mayo), and the magic green sauce. I’ve also made and enjoyed some of her baked goods, but I will have to look those up!

No, but I don’t know if I would love rosemary in that application. My husband, however, loves rosemary so maybe I will try that out for him! Thanks!
