Recently I had some tortillas made with huitlacoche, and wonderful flavors of that plus the sauce on my plate once again reminded me I should seek out dishes with huitlacoche more often. What are the places around the Bay Area to have good huitlacoche dishes? Not just having the ingredient, but make good use of huitlacoche to create a good dish?
