Extraordinary single food items in the GBA

Wow. Thanks for posting. I bike through there daily, and even from the outside it’s a mess. The bike path, which is a highly trafficked route, passes over crumbling brick, cracked cobbles, cement, and asphalt, and that’s just in one 100 foot stretch in front of the station. It also goes under an overpass that’s been propped up by wood blocks for about 5 years. Pedestrians and bikers regularly collide coming around blind corners. I’ve complained to Cambridge, and especially with the current Linear Park renovation project, you’d think there could be some improvements, but it’s all MBTA apparently and the city can’t touch it. Shameful.

‘ Extraordinary ’ ?!…..I guess this dish fits the bill completely!

”Stir fried frog legs with aromatics, finished off in a cast iron sizzling hot pot “ !

An uncommon and rare find in the GTA. This dish from “ Golden Horse “, a Richmond Hill, Hong Kong/Macau style Cafe & Restaurant could easily be the most unique, exotic and best tasting dish I have encountered in the GTA this year. The price of only $22.99 was simply crazy!..considering I just spent over CAD$130 eating a stir fried frog legs dish in Hong Kong …albeit, fresh ones at a Michelin star establishment!
However, it’s

the taste that counts!

Where is this restaurant? In the Greater Boston Area?

I think “An uncommon and rare find in the GTA” means the restaurant is in the Greater Toronto Area.

I’m guessing that you are referring to an establishment in Toronto, ON

In which case your posting would more appropriately be entered in “Ontario” Regional Dining Discussions and definitely not in a thread about Extraordinary single food items in the Boston area!

Sorry! I mis-read GBA as GTA aka Greater Toronto Area!…..Thousand apologies!

I love frog legs done well, and suspected this might not be local - because I would have been there in a heart beat. Thanks for making me miss Toronto. That really does look fabulous. :smiling_face_with_tear:
