So we needed to make a long trip to Hyde park (Boston) on Sunday morning and decided to preorder and pickup some bagels from Exodus while we were in the area. (We had tried to just stop in a year or so ago and they were all sold out). Got an assorted half dozen and glad that we preordered because street in from of the store (pickup and order windows only) was packed.
Anyway, the proof is in the bagel and I think that Exodus’ bagels are terrific. Light texture, great chew in the mouth. Reminds me of Bagelsaurus without the sourdough character and slightly heavier. I’d put Bagelsaurus and Exodus as 1-2 for Boston-area Bagels. If I lived in that area I’d buy them all of the time.
