This afternoon I made a thin crust pizza… with a light garlic/parsley/EVOO blended sauce, topped with chicken, bacon, cherry tomatoes, and lime dressed avocado, with a blue cheese/yogurt/chives/black pepper dipping sauce.
Kinda in the vein of a cobb salad, this cheese-less pizza was amazing with the dipping sauce… and has me thinking of a bunch of other pizzas served with a dipping sauce.
