Eatymology: "Ruth Bourdain" pens a book

According to an NPR piece today, writer Josh Friedland, better known by his tweets as Ruth Bourdain, has a book of food-centric neologisms, e.g., “egotarian”, “bestovore”, “brogurt”. Hardly a classic, but perhaps a good holiday gift for the like-minded.
