east bay purveyor for choucroute garnie meats?

Want to make an authentic choucroute garnie. Would love to find French-style sausage, smoked pork chops, etc. Any ideas? Thanking you.

As someone pointed out elseweb, Le Bedan would be a good place to start. Even if the owner doesn’t have the ingredients, he’ll know where to find them–I think he makes his own choucroute garni for takeout/reheat.

I forgot, I think he does have choucroute garni packets sometimes. They also have Petit Sale which includes house-cured pork short ribs, house-smoked sausage. They make great, fresh-tasting sauerkraut too.
