Finally got to Down North Pizza today. Ordered just the No Betta Love - 4 cheese pizza + Norf sauce - and fries. Picked up and brought back to my office 15 minutes away so the fries weren’t crispy, but they were good, thin cut fries clearly cut in house. The pizza is a thick crust that is crisped on the sides and soft underneath. The sauce has a little heat to it but not enough to put anyone off and the cheese/sauce/crust ratio is spot on. For me this is not an “I’m craving pizza” order because that would be a thin crust but it is certainly craveable! I want to go again and try some of the more adventurous toppings like the “Break You Off” - lamb sausage, whipped ricotta, za’tar and garlic honey drizzle.
Has anyone tried their other offerings?
