Dish for cassoulet

After a lot of effort I found and bought a beautiful Cassole. Its been used twice for making cassoulet and many times for presenting a large wild rice concoction a fried prepares. She just loves the pot and so do I.
I have also made cassoulet in a wide and deep handmade ceramic casserole which was not conical On the whole I like the balance with the large surface area of the traditional dish, but it was darn hard to get it. these days Id look on Etsy for this item, Im honestly not sure they are being made any more. It looks like Poterie Not, for example is not making them.

They are most definitely still being made, but I finally found mine in Carcassonne…and it was fairly reasonably priced iirc.
