Disappointing meal at Kyu3 [Tenderloin, SF]

Had dinner there Monday night. The shrimp claypot lacked its usual spark; it was greasy (and despite that, the glass noodles clumped), salty, and rather one-dimensional. Service was pretty much nonexistent. I know Mondays are off nights at many places - regular chef away? Has anyone else been, lately?
