Some old friends have asked that we get together for Dim Sum somewhere in Los Angeles or Orange County soon but insist that the place serve from carts. We’re not unfamiliar with dim sum but don’t speak Chinese, so we’d prefer someplace where that’s not an issue. And…… if it’s not too much of a faux pax…… would like to be able to get together later in the afternoon. They live in Valencia and we live in South OC, so hopefully somewhere in the middle-ish if that’s possible without sacrificing quality or experience.
