I was able to get lunch slot for 2 for next week and will post about it and other places during my 2 weeks in Paris.

I notice a photo on the website, a dish Cachot cooked in the final of Top chef, a fake crushed edible “plastic” cup and some food on a plate with an ecological message. If he is heading this direction, not sure I’m hot about it even if the food might taste good.

Will likely cancel as friend I am with is hesitant to try his cooking style.
Just had a look on the photos on Google reviews, the food won’t leave you indifferent, whether you like the presentation or not. I believe he has great talent and one of the most sought after top chef candidate for the local. There will be a long waiting list for anyone who wants to try.
The pictures definitely do not stir my appetitie.
