On-the-fly post as we’re packing up our little vacation house and mom and dad are packing up their house. Mom sent with me pizza strips yesterday, which makes for a great, no-cook lunch/snack. ‘Cuz that’s how RI moms roll, Italian or otherwise. 
is there a Korean-Italian genre? My mom has lived in RI for so long, I think she’d qualify.
